As a volunteer organization, the troop depends on parents to assist in providing their sons with a quality scouting program. Please contact the Chairman or the Scoutmaster to volunteer or obtain further information. Each position has an incumbent who will work with their replacement to ensure a smooth and orderly transition.  Click here for brief descriptions of some of the positions.  

Online Youth Protection Training for Parents

Troop 507 has always encouraged parents to attend our outdoor activities, including our campouts.  In order to insure the safety of scouts, the Troop Committee is asking every parent who may want to participate in these types of activities to become an "At Large" member of the troop committee by completing an Adult Leader application and completing the BSA Youth Protection Training course online.  Click for more information.
